Pa. - Folks gathered today to celebrate a big prize won in Berks County.Officials from the Pennsylvania Lottery presented a one-million-dollar check to a Powerball lottery winner.Debbie Truckermiller bought the winning ticket at the Giant in Exeter Township. That's where she picked up her check today.Her ticket matched all five of the numbers drawn but not the Powerball number. There it was and then I got like hyperventilated and was like please check this ticket. Make sure I have the right numbers. Make sure I'm reading this right. And there we go. Then we called our kids and all that kind of stuff.
