The Powerball jackpot has reached $1.5 billion, the fifth-largest in its history, after no one won the grand prize on Wednesday. Two tickets in Arizona and Massachusetts won $2 million each, while six tickets in other states won $1 million each. The next drawing is on Saturday, December 20.
